Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2013 – Yardi, a leading developer of software solutions for the real estate investment, asset and property management industry, has been selected by Deerfields Townsquare Shopping Centre (DTSSC) to deploy its Yardi Voyager®platform for DTSSC’s retail asset and property management operations.
Deerfields Townsquare Shopping Centre is a community mall with 80,000 m2 of prime gross leasable area serving the immediate areas of Abu Dhabi’s suburban Al Bahia, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Shahama, and Khalifa neighbourhoods. It will feature 180 stores including some of the leading names in the region’s retail space — including French multinational retailer Carrefour which opened a new 6,700 m² hypermarket at Deerfields Townsquare last September.
Yardi Voyager will be implemented at DTSSC together with the award-winning Yardi Commercial Leasing Pad™ customer relationship management system. This approach provides a true end-to-end solution for managing retail business operations and processes, from the tenants in the properties up to asset and financial management.
