Centralized data and processes

After a thorough evaluation process, CenterPoint implemented a suite of Yardi products tailored to industrial property management starting with Voyager in 2007, followed by Construction Manager in 2016 and additional modules in 2022 – 2025 (Yardi Facility Manager, Yardi Forecast Manager, Yardi Deal Manager, and Yardi Document Manager). Moving their operations to cloud-based solutions was a priority for the company especially during the COVID-19 pandemic that necessitated remote management. According to Jennifer Plesnicar, vice president of financial systems, “Yardi’s solutions have centralized our processes, making workflows easier for everyone.”

By adding Construction Manager, Forecast Manager and Deal Manager to their Yardi stack, CenterPoint has further improved communication and saved significant time on budgeting and project management. “Before adopting Yardi, we juggled multiple systems that didn’t communicate well with each other, leading to inefficiencies and extra work. Since implementing Yardi, particularly Construction Manager, PayScan and other integrated tools, we’ve been able to manage everything from a single platform. This integration simplifies daily tasks, improves data accuracy and has enhanced our reporting capabilities significantly,” enthused Plesnicar.
