Established by Arden Group in 2021 as a best-in-class industrial real estate operating platform, Arden Logistics Parks (ALP) specializes in the acquisition, improvement and property management of light industrial business parks and industrial service facilities. ALP’s real estate investment business operates a geographically diverse portfolio of more than eleven million square feet of last mile facilities in highly sought-after urban infill locations throughout the United States.

To manage real assets across multiple states, Arden struggled with disparate systems and inflexible software, along with relying on spreadsheets, which created process inefficiencies. Their small team needed a scalable and unified solution to minimize manual efforts and streamline operations.

Built on the Voyager foundation, Yardi solutions have enabled Arden to integrate previously external processes, standardize operations and improve security measures across the company. The benefits are clear: improved oversight, better data accuracy and enhanced operational efficiency which allows the company to address any issues with confidence and clarity. Arden enjoys using a single system to streamline all aspects of their operations and has improved budgeting and construction oversight in addition to enhanced communication with tenants.
