The challenge

Vistra had acquired multiple systems which were being used across various jurisdictions. Due to the disparate platforms, it was difficult for them to work with different languages and standards across regions. The company needed a single solution that could consolidate its data, onboard new customers quickly and standardise processes.

The solution

Vistra implemented Yardi’s investment and asset management software to utilise a single platform. This included the Yardi Investment Suite, Yardi Construction Manager and Yardi Procure to Pay. The innovative software helps to automate investment accounting, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The story

Since implementing Yardi’s investment, asset and property management software, Vistra has benefitted from one platform to optimise operations, consolidate data and enhance ways of working. With its data migrating to a single system, the company wanted to ensure it had a solid starting point before implementing additional modules. Yardi has helped Vistra cleanse its systems and has real-time data. Thanks to this, Vistra has been able to use Yardi Procure to Pay to complete bookkeeping on a live basis instead of monthly.

In addition, it was essential for Vistra to be able to service multi-jurisdictional clients. Vistra’s strategy moved from having multiple consultants in different jurisdictions to only using Yardi experts for both new developments and country configuration. Thanks to Yardi’s help, Vistra has been able to grow and implement ten new countries with Yardi’s PSG services.
