Streamlined Period-end Close

You can now manage all receivables and close-related tasks from a single dashboard, for faster period-end close cycles. View and track property end-of-period or end-of-month workflows, unposted batches, any unpaid or partially paid payables and receivables, and bank reconciliations on the new Period-end Close dashboard.

e-Invoicing Automation

You can now gain complete visibility into invoice status and performance with real-time dashboards and alerts, across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Our end-to-end e-Invoicing workflow in Voyager makes invoicing seamless, from invoice creation and delivery to validation and real-time monitoring.

Enhanced Tenant Communication

Staying on top of overdue payments just got easier. With the new International Reminder Letter Correspondence report, you can now automatically notify tenants of unpaid charges – helping you simplify communication and reduce arrears. Users can generate reminder letter correspondence reports for one or multiple legal entities on one or multiple properties to notify tenants of unpaid overdue charges. Based on the age of unpaid charges, the user can select reminder letters and set notification dates. The report can be downloaded as a PDF, exported to an Excel file, or emailed directly from the system, simplifying the collection processes.

Flexible Rent Deposit Management

We’ve made managing rent deposits easier than ever. You can now adjust deposits based on a percentage of rent, a specific number of months, or a rent decrease – giving you complete flexibility to match your business needs.

Custom Reporting

Take control of your data with the new report builder functionality. Now you can create custom reports tailored to your exact needs by selecting a specific product type, object type, and related table. Choose the information you want to display, set up filters, decide which data appears in your report, and even customise the order of your columns.

Simplified Currency Conversion

Managing multiple currencies just got easier. With the new Currency Translation screen, users can now manually translate trial balances from base currencies to any other currency, giving you more control and accuracy when working across international accounts.

Debt Manager is our solution for real estate fund and investment managers to efficiently manage debt across their entire portfolio. Designed for both borrowers and lenders, it provides full visibility into debt positions while automating complex ownership structures and loan terms – helping you streamline operations, manage risk, and make smarter financing decisions. 

The latest updates include:

Streamlined Correspondence Management

Communicating with borrowers and stakeholders just got easier. The new Correspondence feature lets you review, manage, and send borrower billing statements, reports, and other communications directly to your Debt Manager contacts – all from one central place.

Flexible Payment Schedules

Managing irregular loan payments is now simpler than ever. With the new At Maturity/Ad Hoc payment frequency option, you can set up loans to amortise using standard industry conventions while posting payments on a flexible, case-by-case basis. You can also pay, capitalise, or defer partial-term interest amounts as needed.

Contracted Exchange Rates

Managing multi-currency loans is now even more precise. You can now set a contracted exchange rate directly on a loan, and Debt Manager will automatically apply that rate to all loan activities posted to the loan’s financial entity.

Enhanced Loan Processing Status Dashboard

Stay on top of every loan with the new Loan Processing Status dashboard. This powerful tool gives you a real-time view of loan activity, helping you quickly identify:

  • Loans that haven’t been processed
  • Fee amortisation schedules ready to post
  • Asset loans that are past due
  • Pending investor transactions

Smarter Hedge Management

Get a complete view of your swaps and caps with the new Hedges dashboard – designed to make hedge analysis faster, clearer, and more actionable. Quickly find the insights you need by filtering, sorting, and analysing hedges, with direct access to related loans and hedge details.

Seamless Integration with Construction Manager

Debt Manager now integrates directly with Construction Manager, our CapEx and development job management solution, making it easier to manage and track construction-related loan activity. You can now link loans to one or more jobs, and review, approve, and post job draws that originate in Construction Manager – all in one place.

Additionally, screens for posting journal entries and payables in Debt Manager now include new fields – Contract, Job, Category, and Cost Code – to support seamless data tracking between the two systems.
