What’s new in the Yardi Commercial Suite: Spring 2026 Product Updates

Yardi Virtuoso: Embedded AI across the CRE lifecycle

Commercial real estate doesn’t stand still between quarters, and neither does Yardi. Whether you’re managing office, retail or industrial assets, the need to work faster, reduce errors and do more with less is constant. Every release is built around one goal: removing friction where work actually happens. Here’s what’s new at Yardi for the Spring 2026 product updates:

Yardi Virtuoso: Embedded AI across the CRE lifecycle

Yardi Virtuoso: Embedded AI across the CRE lifecycle

AI at Yardi is not an add-on – it’s built in, connects across, and powers the entire ecosystem. Yardi Virtuoso powers smarter, more scalable operations across commercial real estate, connects data, automates routine tasks and provides deeper insights and analysis to support decision-making across the entire lifecycle of CRE management.

  • Virtuoso Native AI Agents
AI agents that automate workflows across leasing, maintenance, accounting and beyond.
  • Virtuoso Assistant
An AI-powered guide that helps users find answers and work smarter.
  • Virtuoso Premium Agents
High-impact, pre-designed AI agents to automate workflows with a clear, measurable ROI.
  • Virtuoso Composer
Design and configure your own AI agents that run against Yardi data and workflows.
  • Virtuoso Insights
Connect your Yardi data with leading LLM models for insights and analysis across your portfolio. For example:
    • Anthropic Claude
    • Open AI ChatGPT
    • Microsoft Copilot

Later this year, Yardi Commercial clients can expect additional AI‑driven capabilities powered by Virtuoso, designed to further streamline daily operations and decision-making. Also, enhancements in areas such as in‑workflow support, automation and proactive insights are on the way – reducing manual effort and helping teams move faster with confidence. Keep an eye out for announcements about Yardi Virtuoso.

Virtuoso Assistant: AI help that meets users where they work

Access in-platform support with instant answers, contextual insights and seamless expert escalation across three of our products: Forecast Manager, Facility Manager and Investment Manager from the end of July. It brings an AI-powered agent directly into the platform to help users resolve routine questions, navigate workflows and find documentation right where they’re working. Virtuoso Assistant will be available soon across the entire Yardi Suite.

Smarter invoice review in Procure to Pay

Virtuoso Smart Review for Procure to Pay helps teams catch issues before invoices are posted. After uploading an invoice, users can refine details such as GL account, recoverability, post month and totals – then launch Smart Review to validate vendor accuracy, payment thresholds, and historical amounts. The result: fewer errors, faster approvals, and less back‑and‑forth.

Facility Manager: More visibility, easier scheduling

Facilities operations have a direct impact on tenant satisfaction, operating costs and long‑term asset performance. These updates help teams move from reactive maintenance to more proactive, organised execution – without adding administrative burden.

Inspection milestones and progress

A redesigned inspections dashboard shows milestone timelines and overall completion at a glance.

SharePoint integration

You can now access, upload and manage attachments through SharePoint for work orders, inspections and equipment.

Redesigned Scheduler (Calendar view)

  • Daily and weekly calendar views with hourly timelines
  • Separate visibility for assigned and unassigned work
  • Side‑by‑side employee and vendor scheduling
  • Drag‑and‑drop vendor assignment

Work order templates

You can create standardised work orders with predefined property, category, priority, descriptions and labour, helping to reduce setup time and improving consistency.

Forecast Manager: More flexibility, better insight

Building a property budget involves a lot of moving parts, and until now, some of them required jumping back into Voyager. These two updates close that gap.

GL Allocation templates

You can now allocate budget data using core GL allocation templates directly in Forecast Manager, for faster forecasting and fewer manual steps.

Floorplans inside budgets

Clients using Floorplan Manager can now review and interact with floorplans directly within individual property budgets. Users can visualise occupancy, lease expiries and rent metrics with colour‑coded insights tied to floor and date views.

These updates bring budgeting closer to how assets are experienced and managed spatially, operationally and financially – helping teams uncover insights faster and forecast with greater confidence.

Faster, smarter training with Yardi Aspire

Yardi Aspire continues to evolve as a fully customisable learning management system for Yardi clients.

  • Customise existing Yardi courses or build new programs from scratch
  • Centralise all training materials, including videos, PDFs and presentations
  • Track progress, certifications and performance with built‑in reporting

New AIpowered content tools make course creation faster than ever and boost engagement and retention. You can start with a document, video, or a topic, then choose a page design theme and create an assessment. Furthermore, you can use Aspire AI prompts to amplify the training impact with options to translate or simplify language, add scenarios and interactions to boost engagement and retention. The result: embedded AI speeds up the process to create professionally designed courses and policies in minutes, not weeks.
