Celebrating Excellence: HomeViews Resident Choice Awards 2025

HomeViews Awards 2025

Last week’s HomeViews Resident Choice Awards 2025 in Birmingham was a fantastic occasion in the build to rent (BTR) sector. Based on resident feedback, the awards recognised the industry’s best operators and developments.

Unlike traditional industry awards that require entry forms and judging panels, the HomeViews awards stand out by prioritising genuine resident experiences. Winners are determined through a minimum number of verified resident reviews, ensuring an authentic reflection of satisfaction and excellence.

The significance of these awards cannot be overstated. They highlight the developments and operators that are truly excelling in delivering quality homes and experiences for residents across the UK.
