Yardi attended Cityscape Global 2023, the world’s largest and most ambitious real estate event, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event featured over 350 exhibitors, welcomed over 10,000 international investors, showcased a line-up of over 300 speakers and was attended by more than 160,000 visitors.
Yardi took part as a proptech sponsor, presenting our latest innovations in investment and property management software. We also highlighted how our cloud-based real estate management solutions have empowered clients to expand and enhance their real estate operations.
The event included an insightful PropTech stage with panels emphasising the display of technological innovations revolutionising the real estate sector.
With a commitment to facilitating immersive and engaging discussions, the two-day conference highlighted technological advancements and sustainable practices. Furthermore, it explored the opportunities and challenges related to developers’ technological requirements and gaps. The overarching theme highlighted how proptech contributes to enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.
Panel Discussion
Yardi’s Senior Director of Middle East Sales, Said Haider, joined a panel discussion with Rebecca Hunt, partner at Octopus Ventures, Haseeb Mohammad, CEO for Atar and Hamza Betraoui, managing director for Land Sterling. The session focused on “Community Management and Property Management Software are No Longer a Luxury”.
