| Number of years’ experience in residential? | I’ve been selling technology solutions to the residential real estate industry for 6 years. I started out in social housing, offering resident SMS solutions to residents before moving to Yardi where I focus on the private rental sector, in particular BTR & student. |
| Favourite thing about working in Yardi’s resi team? | Seeing the continuous investment into product research and development of Yardi’s full product stack. A prime example of this is seeing the release of the Yardi Elevate Suite during my three years at Yardi – impressive! Elevate is a JS Angular interactive interface for our clients, giving them a really intuitive, graphical way of viewing and reporting on data. |
| Favourite past time? | I am a bit of a book worm! Sitting on the balcony with a book (and a glass or two of Rioja), I also love meeting up with friends and exploring London restaurants! My favourite to date is Hakkasan. |
| Top Tip for keeping residents happy? | From my own personal experience, I find the ability to communicate easily with the management company is vital. Whether it’s via the concierge team, or digitally through a resident app, making the residents’ experience enjoyable and straightforward is key. |
