Founded in 2013, Othrys is an independent investment company specialised in operational real estate. Its portfolio includes 128 real estate assets, composed mainly of logistics and light-industrial warehouses, retail parks, and shopping centres in France.
The challenge
Othrys originally relied on multiple systems and spreadsheets, which became challenging to centralise invoices and store information. Reporting and extractions had also become time-consuming due to large Excel files and manual processes. As a result, two to three dunning campaigns per month would take considerable time and hinder quick follow-ups and traceability. The company needed a solution that would consolidate its data, remove manual tasks and help the team save time.
