SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 27, 2010 – Yardi Systems today announced a technology partnership in which Yardi will provide software for Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors (KAREA), a private equity real estate firm investing in specialized real estate sectors with a primary focus on off-campus student housing. The selection of Yardi follows KAREA’s search for a software provider that would allow the firm to facilitate property- and fund-level reporting by automating the consolidation of financial data.
