Independent rental owner plans for expansion with cloud-based property management and accounting software
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., August 03, 2017 — Heinly Homes plans to grow its portfolio of multifamily homes in Pennsylvania with Yardi® Genesis2™, a cloud-based real estate software platform for small to mid-size property managers.
Heinly Homes owner Justin Heinly is a nuclear power plant safety inspector who decided to invest in rental real estate during the recession. His goal is to expand his portfolio exponentially and focus on property management full time soon.
