CB Richard Ellis Implements European Roll-out of Yardi’s Property & Asset Management Solution

London – November 17, 2009 – Yardi Systems, the leading developer of software for investment, asset and property management announces that CB Richard Ellis has completed the second phase of the rollout of its Voyager™ Real Estate Business Solution.

CBRE first implemented Voyager in 2008 as the solution of choice to manage the portfolio of properties held in cross-border funds as well as enabling a more seamless international approach to the property and asset management services provided to their clients.

With over 12,000 tenants in more than 3,800 properties and approximately 10.6 million square meters of commercial space in their care, CBRE is one of the largest property managers in Europe.
