Singapore, September 2011 – Following strong growth and a higher demand for solutions and services across the Asia Pacific Region, Yardi Systems, one of the leading global developers of real estate software for investment, asset and property management, has announced the opening of a new office in Singapore and a further expansion of resources in South East Asia.
To further lead its business development efforts in South East Asia, Chris Gawan-Taylor has joined the company based out of Singapore. Chris has more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and previous roles included the head of Cougar Software in Asia. Chris has been an active member of APREA (Asia Pacific Real Estate Association) and led the committee for Portfolio Best Practice Performance Reporting for Asian REITs as well as the Sustainability Committee.
The new Singapore office expands Yardi’s global network of facilities to 23 across the world and further serves to demonstrate its commitment to not only investing in the Asia Pacific region but its commitment to develop services and support for all its local markets and client bases.
