IFMA’s Integrate 2019

The Integrated Facility Management conference was held in Hong Kong andindustry experts, policy makers, landlords, users, and service providers came together to share their views through interactive panel discussions. Bernie Devine, our Regional Director, joined as invited guest panellists to discuss on challenges and opportunities that impact the Facility Management sector today.

RICS HK Annual Conference

Organised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference, a line-up of industry leaders explored how Hong Kong is positioned to navigate the challenges ahead in terms of embracing unique opportunities to become a leading green city, and identifying and overcoming our weaknesses.

The conference theme was on ‘Climate Resilient and Sustainable Buildings for Future’. This one day event held at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, saw more than 450 Asia Pacific region’s global real estate industry professionals attend. Finalists from RICS Awards Hong Kong were announced at the conference, the RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure and had over 50 nominations. CRECCHKI Gurus’ Breakfast Chitchat series

Yardi is proud to continue our support of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter (CRECCHKI) this year. We co-host the monthly “Gurus’ Breakfast Chitchat” series in Hong Kong. We were happy to see many of you join us at these Guru’s Breakfast Chitchat events – in April, May, June. These monthly events see distinguished guest speakers and bring curated topics for CRECCHKI members and guests, each session provides an opportunity to hear about a different aspect of what’s affecting the real estate industry, from leaders in their field.
