As BHIRAJ BURI GROUP continues to develop and manage a diverse real estate portfolio, the organisation is focused on strengthening the systems, data and operating disciplines that support its business.
BHIRAJ BURI GROUP identified an opportunity to create greater consistency across its operations through more structured processes and a stronger technology foundation. A central priority is improving how information is managed across the organisation while giving teams the systems and processes needed to work more transparently and productively.
The objective extends beyond implementing new technology. BHIRAJ BURI GROUP is working towards an operating environment that can support continued growth, strengthen management discipline and help the organisation benchmark itself against international practices.
The solution
BHIRAJ BURI GROUP selected Yardi’s cloud-based real estate platform as part of its ongoing efforts to modernise its technology environment and strengthen operations across the organisation.
Implementation is being delivered in phases. Deal Manager, Voyager Commercial and Fixed Assets Manager have been implemented. Facility Manager and CommercialCafe Tenant Portal are currently being implemented, while Construction Manager is planned for a future phase. Throughout the rollout, BHIRAJ BURI GROUP remains focused on integrating the technology into its business processes and supporting effective adoption among its people.
The selected Yardi solutions are intended to connect key areas of the business, including leasing, finance, project management and reporting, while establishing more consistent data and processes across the organisation. As implementation progresses, the platform is expected to provide BBG with a more structured foundation for managing its diverse portfolio and supporting data-driven decision-making.
