We’re delighted to introduce you to Meghan Topping who is the Solutions Consultant within the Asia Pacific region for Yardi. Providing support to the Account Executive Team through business specific demonstrations and presentations of Yardi’s Asset Management suite, her expertise enables her to assist with streamlining business processes for a range of organisations.
Her unique understanding of the industry and Yardi’s product suite supports her in understanding the challenges and opportunities that different businesses are experiencing and present solutions that can assist them in accomplishing their portfolio goals.

What’s your job title and what do you like most about your job?
As a Solutions Consultant at Yardi, my favourite part of my job is meeting new people and gaining understanding of their business requirements and any challenges they are facing with their current processes. This allows me to create possible solutions and streamline business workflows.
What’s your favourite Yardi product and why?
If I can only select one Yardi product, it will have to be Procure to Pay. The system streamlines the procurement process which assists with processing invoice data and provides configurable workflows that match client policies and processes. It allows users to send work and purchase orders through VendorCafe which is a vendor portal, which dramatically reduces the need for paper invoicing, streamlines the entire onboarding and management of vendors.
What do you like doing when you are not at work?
When I am not working you can find me at yoga, early Saturday morning markets, a beach somewhere down the coast or hanging out with my friends and family. I enjoy eating food and going on adventures with my little, sassy, French bulldog named Pudding.
What’s your favourite thing to eat?
I consistently go through stages of favourite food, right now it is Sushi – I could eat this every meal of every day!
