10am – 12pm, 16-Oct:
Reporting – Custom financial analytics & correspondence management
Join our class for an overview of custom financial analytics (CFA) and correspondence management; plus using tokens in templates.
10 am – 11am, 30-Oct:
Accounts Receivable – Tenant and non-tenant billing, move out accounting and more
Join our class for an overview of charges & receipting, plus a look at analytics and some tips and tricks for best practice.
10am – 11am, 13-Nov:
ABF Lease Revenue Forecast
Join in this class to gain an overview of ABF Lease Revenue forecasting including the use of Forecast Leasing Options (speculative new and renewal leases and budget unit configuration), Master Leasing Assumptions at various levels (Property, Unit Type or Unit), and Inflation and Step Rent tables.
The course will also cover the use Market Rent tables and growth, rent reviews for both contract & speculative leases, Property & Unit forecast configuration, forecasting straight lining, recovery revenue forecasting, budget transactions and reporting.
10am – 11am, 27-Nov:
Insurance Tracking
Use standard Voyager to track insurance data for Properties, Vendors, Customer, Tenants and Owners
– Configure different policy types based on your requirements
– Track details for specific types of coverage under a single policy
– Load insurance data via front-end or ETL
– Review insurance from within standard screens like property or tenant
– Set up critical date reminders for insurance expiries

Job Cost – Introduction setup and configuration (Opex, Capex, Development)
This session provides an overview of the basic functionality available to track budgets, commitments, and expenses in the construction management module. Session topics may include Voyager setup for job cost, cost categories, jobs, contracts, and change orders.
