YASC is an annual event that provides an opportunity for learning, connection, business growth and fun! With more than 250 classes and spotlight sessions, YASC gives North American property owners, managers, investors and others an opportunity to learn about the latest property management software innovations and industry insights. Attendees can work with Yardi solution experts and enjoy exclusive live entertainment and social events in beautiful San Diego.

YASC North America takes place August 27-29, 2024, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and the San Diego Convention Center.

Registration for YASC North America is $1,195 USD ($1,595 CAD) per person. Register early to save your spot!

Guest passes allow you to bring a spouse, partner or friend (must be over 21) to the YASC evening events and include an event t-shirt as a gift. Please note guest passes do not provide access to YASC classes, sessions, breakfasts or lunches. Due to the large number of attendees, guest passes are limited to one per registered attendee and subject to availability.

Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through August 13, 2024. The registration replacement must complete the registration form. Please email [email protected] for more information and assistance.

You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the conference and receive a refund less a $50 ($67 CAD) processing fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] and dated on or before 5 p.m. PDT on August 13, 2024. Refunds will not be granted after August 13, 2024 or for conference no-shows.

All hotel cancellations must be processed directly through the hotel, no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. Yardi is not responsible for attendee hotel cancellations.

A maximum of 18 credits will be available. To qualify, you must check in and fill out the survey for each class. Certificates will be emailed approximately 3-4 weeks following the event.
