YASC is a platform for learning and business growth. Exclusively for Yardi Voyager clients in Canada, classes and spotlight sessions will give property owners, managers, investors and others the latest property management software innovations and industry insights. Attendees can tap Yardi solution experts and enjoy exclusive live entertainment and social events in beautiful Toronto.

When is YASC?

YASC Canada takes place November 13-14, 2024 in Toronto, at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.

What will YASC cost me?

Registration for YASC Canada is $995 CAD per registrant prior to September 4, 2024. After September 4, 2024, registration fees will increase to $1,195 CAD. Register early to save your spot!

How do I register for YASC?

Click on the register now link and follow the prompts. Please note that registration will close on October 30, 2024.

What are the registration requirements for a YASC Guest Pass?

Guest passes enable you to bring a spouse, partner or friend who is over 21 to the YASC evening events. Due to the number of attendees, guest passes are limited to one per valid registered attendee and do not provide access to YASC classes, sessions, breakfasts or lunches.

Only a limited number of guest passes will be sold.

What is Knowledge Central?

Knowledge Central is a friendly group of Yardi solution experts who will be pleased to answer your questions about our latest innovations. You can also make an appointment with a Yardi specialist through the Yardi Events App.

What to do if I need to cancel or substitute a registration?

You may cancel your registration up to 2 weeks prior to the conference and receive a refund less a $50 CAD processing fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] and must be dated on or before 5 p.m. PDT on October 30, 2024. Refunds will not be granted after October 30, 2024. No refunds for conference no-shows.   
  
All hotel cancellations must be processed directly through the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. Yardi is not responsible for attendee hotel cancellations. 
  
Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through October 30, 2024. To complete the process, the registration replacement must complete the full registration form. Please email [email protected] for more information and assistance.

What are the COVID-19 guidelines for YASC Canada?

As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we will assess the public health guidelines regarding large gatherings and update our plans accordingly. We encourage every individual to make informed decisions about attending YASC in the best interest of their own health as well as the health of others. All YASC attendees and staff are required to follow government, local and venue guidelines in force at the time of the conference. Currently there are no vaccination or mask mandates.
