SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 25, 2020<\/strong> \u2013 Yardi\u00ae is closely monitoring\nrecommendations from national and international organizations including the Centers\nfor Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization and taking\nthe following measures to protect and support its clients, employees and communities\nduring the COVID-19 outbreak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client\nSupport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property\nmanagers\u2019 obligations to tenants, residents, employees and communities continue\neven in this period of extreme disruption. The Yardi team is actively working\non tools and training to help clients ensure business continuity, safety and\nproductivity in this new near-term reality of far more remote work and social\ndistancing. The company will offer free online training courses<\/a> to help its\nclients continue to work as productively, efficiently and securely as possible.\nYardi is following its own business continuity protocols to ensure\nuninterrupted client services and encourages clients to\ncontact their client services representatives for help during this difficult\ntime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee\nSupport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the Yardi team has\ntransitioned to a remote work environment. Healthcare and nursing resources are\navailable to all employees, as are counseling and therapy resources. The company has heightened office hygiene and cleaning protocols for\nthose who remain onsite to deliver essential services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Yardi postponed or canceled all\nnear-term in-person events and ceased travel in favor\nof online alternatives. The spring Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference\n(YASC) has transitioned to a free online presentation for Yardi clients.\nIndustry events that the company normally participates in have been postponed\nor canceled by their sponsoring organizations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community\nSupport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the time, energy and financial\nsupport that Yardi traditionally donates to philanthropic organizations, we\nhave committed $2 million to food banks and other nonprofits on the front lines\nof their communities\u2019 fight against COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
