The development arm of Tritax Big Box REIT will streamline portfolio\noperations utilising Yardi\u2019s fully connected property and asset management solution\n<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Northampton, UK (23, Jan\n20)<\/strong> \u2013 Tritax Symmetry, the\ndevelopment arm of Tritax Big Box REIT, has selected products from the Yardi\u00ae Commercial Suite<\/a>, a cloud-based real estate\ntechnology platform, to streamline its property development, accounting and\nasset management operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tritax Symmetry is\nreplacing several legacy systems with a single connected software solution for the\ndevelopment and ongoing management of its significant pipeline of logistics\nassets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Yardi Voyager\u00ae Commercial for property, leasing and tenant management, Tritax\nSymmetry will implement Yardi\u00ae Investment Accounting for streamlined investment\naccounting and asset reporting. Tritax Symmetry will also use products from the\nYardi\u00ae Procure to Pay Suite<\/a> to simplify supplier management, provide\ncomplete spend visibility and enable paperless invoicing, and Yardi\u00ae Job Cost<\/a> to manage costs for capital projects,\ntrack budgets and improve forecasts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMoving to the Yardi\nplatform is a strategic move for us given the size of our logistics portfolio\nand the complexity of financial control around development activity.
