The firm has adopted the award-winning Yardi\u00ae Voyager<\/a> platform for end-to-end property management and accounting; Yardi\u00ae Investment Accounting<\/a>, to enhance performance measurement, reporting and investment accounting; Yardi\u00ae Fixed Assets<\/a> to track depreciation of asset values; Yardi\u00ae Procure to Pay<\/a>, which includes Yardi\u00ae PayScan<\/a> to streamline procurement.<\/p>\n

Yardi\u2019s technology has replaced several legacy systems at Brookfield Properties. The platform has been able to deliver additional transparency and oversight and help streamline service charge operations for the firm\u2019s commercial, retail and industrial portfolio.<\/p>\n
