LONDON, Nov. 30, 2015<\/strong> \u2014Chainbow will manage its portfolio of residential rental properties in the United Kingdom with Yardi Voyager\u00ae<\/sup> 7S<\/a>, a browser-agnostic, fully mobilised Software as a Service platform, and PAYScan to reduce costs with paperless invoicing.<\/p>\n

\u201cChainbow are very excited to make this move to Voyager 7S.\u00a0 We have been customers of Yardi for many years but this switch will enable us to enhance our customer service and approach to management further.\u00a0 We are always looking for ways to improve and we believe we have found the best product on the market. After implementing Yardi Voyager, Chainbow will be adopting additional value-add features from Yardi\u2019s Residential Suite<\/a>\u2122; enabling the company to further enhance the resident experience. RentCafe<\/a>\u00ae a fully integrated marketing, leasing and resident services portal; Yardi Concierge which enhances resident experience through reservations, delivery management and guest-away tracking and Yardi Inspections for residential inventories and property health and safety inspections.<\/p>\n
