SANTA\nBARBARA, Calif., July 2, 2019 <\/strong>\u2013 Yardi has added white label resident apps to\nits property marketing software lineup. With MyCaf\u00e9<\/em> by RentCafe<\/a>, property\nmanagement companies can create resident experience apps that reflect their\nunique branding. MyCaf\u00e9<\/em> apps increase\nbrand awareness and resident convenience without adding new technology\nchallenges for team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property marketers can brand MyCaf\u00e9<\/em> apps to their management company or\nproperties by selecting app names and icons, as well as the colors and images\nused within. Branded apps will be more easily found and trusted by residents\nbecause they reflect the company\u2019s branding, rather than RentCafe\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MyCaf\u00e9<\/em><\/a> apps include the same functionality that\u2019s built\ninto the RentCafe Resident app. Both\nMyCaf\u00e9<\/em> and RentCafe Resident provide instant access to resident on the go. For properties that already use RentCafe<\/a> for online\nresident services, there is nothing new for site staff or renters to learn.\nUsers can use the same login to access their account \u2013 including saved payment\ninformation \u2013 and see a familiar set of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
