London\u2019s \u00a31 billion renovation project to be managed on\nYardi\u2019s flagship cloud-based property management, budgeting, forecasting and\naccounting platform <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

London (11, June 2019)<\/strong> \u2013 Olympia London, a major mixed-use\nredevelopment project owned by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance, will be\nmanaged with Yardi Voyager<\/a>\u00ae, a cloud-based and mobile-enabled\nproperty management, construction, leasing and accounting platform. The\nredevelopment of Olympia London will entail the transformation of the\n130-year-old centre into a mix of exhibition, commercial, coworking, leisure\nand retail space.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In conjunction with Yardi\nVoyager, Yoo Capital has also adopted Yardi\u00ae Job Cost, a cost control solution that\ntracks budgets and improves forecasts, and Yardi\u00ae Procure to Pay, an end-to-end\nprocurement solution that simplifies vendor management, provides complete\nvisibility into spending and enables paperless invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe chose to invest in a\nmodern technology platform to power the success of this high-profile project\nfrom the ground up. Replacing spreadsheets and offline systems, Yardi\u2019s solutions\nwill deliver a fully-connected development and accounting platform with\nintuitive reporting for project cost tracking. Yardi Voyager will then be\nutilised to manage developed assets post development,\u201d said Andy Colman, finance\ndirector of Olympia London. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
