UK-based residential real estate operator chooses single connected solution to enhance new build-to-rent brand<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

LONDON, UK, 23, June 21<\/strong> \u2013 City & Docklands has selected Yardi\u00ae for its first build-to-rent development, One West Point. The firm will utilise Yardi\u2019s cloud-based residential solution for marketing, property management and accounting.<\/p>\n

The suite includes\u00a0RentCafe\u00ae<\/a>\u00a0for property marketing, website optimisation, online leasing and resident services;\u00a0RentCafe\u00ae CRM Flex<\/a>\u00a0for prospect management and flexibility to handle workflows for multiple lease types; MyCaf\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0by RentCafe\u00ae<\/a>, a white-label app that provides a full range of resident services and enhances community engagement; Yardi\u00ae Payment Processing<\/a> to enable easier payments and automate the set-up process; and Yardi Voyager\u00ae Residential<\/a> to manage accounting, finance, and centralise operations from a single connection solution.<\/p>\n
