Realcomm announced the winners of the 2013 Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation Awards (AKA the \u201cDigies\u201d), including an award for Best Real Estate Technology Innovation, which was won by Yardi\u2019s Commercial Leasing Pad<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Yardi acquired Pierce-Eislen<\/a>, a real estate research and reporting firm focusing on the multi-family industry.<\/p>\n

Teams from Yardi\u2019s Pune, India office<\/a>, selected a local non-profit organization to benefit from their \u00a0collaborative volunteer efforts.<\/p>\n

Dennis Shelly<\/a> retired from Yardi after serving as a shipping assistant in the Santa Barbara office for eight years. In his free time he mentored at-risk kids.<\/p>\n
