Smart Deal introduces AI data capture to the first moment of the lease lifecycle. With Smart Deal, all a broker has to do is upload the LOI document. Using optical character recognition (OCR), AI identifies and abstracts every relevant term from the document. It then presents each one with a confidence score and location in the LOI.
