\u201cThe score is primarily based on proximity to nearby amenities\u2014grocery stores, restaurants, schools, parks, entertainment\u2014the things that people want to be able to access regularly as part of their regular routine and errand running and such. As you may know, an increasing number of consumers are saying that access to these things is one of the most important criteria in deciding where to live, whether that\u2019s buying a house or renting an apartment,\u201d Herst told Multi-Housing News.<\/p>\n
