Now leaders log in and see consistent metrics and visual dashboards across all departments. They have more time to discuss performance, identify priorities and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica Ortega, Silverado vice president and corporate controller, describes this as a game changer for leadership at Silverado. Marketing, financial and clinical teams have one place to see all the data they identified in custom dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBy linking clinical, marketing and financial data, we\u2019re finally able to see how certain outcomes impact various departments of the organization,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recently interviewed Ortega to learn about this turning point when Silverado began using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/product\/senior-iq\/\">Yardi Senior IQ<\/a>, and the benefits they&#8217;ve seen with seamless access to shared data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-fragmented-reporting-amp-inconsistent-metrics\">The challenge: Fragmented reporting &amp; inconsistent metrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before using Senior IQ, every department was using a different reporting tool to communicate results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA lot of time, there wasn\u2019t consistency in metrics or consistency applied in how we calculated those metrics,\u201d Ortega said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the reports lacked visual ways of showing data, like charts and graphs, making it difficult for leadership to interpret results quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-solution-how-silverado-uses-senior-iq\">The solution: How Silverado uses Senior IQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now Silverado leaders&nbsp;access dashboards with standardized, portfolio-wide key performance indicators (KPIs)&nbsp;for clinical, financial and marketing all in one platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe visualization of seeing these metrics helps them determine what areas to focus on and what areas are doing well,\u201d Ortega said. \u201cThey don\u2019t have to sign on to various platforms and download various reports to present to operations. One system shows what\u2019s happening across the business, and why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders can act faster with instant access to key metrics, reducing time spent on reporting. With dashboards, it\u2019s easier to interpret results, identify priorities and make decisions across the organization.
