Quarter-end\u00a0shouldn\u2019t\u00a0be a survival exercise.\u00a0Too often,\u00a0the close\u00a0stretches days or weeks beyond\u00a0plan,\u00a0and the team\u00a0starts to look\u00a0drained.\u00a0When consolidations and allocations run against the same ledger that feeds investor reporting,\u00a0the team\u00a0reclaims that time.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Closing our books used to be stressful with lots of overtime.
