Gardant\u2019s business model focuses on 20% growth per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving from manual processes has helped them achieve that. \u201cPrior to Yardi, our system of revenue management was all manual,\u201d Echols said. \u201cPayroll integration for accounting, for instance \u2014 we did that manually before we had a platform that could integrate that type of data electronically.<br><br>Since adopting the Yardi Senior Living Suite, Gardant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replaced manual revenue management processes with integrated software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved payroll &amp; accounting integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Built a system to scale operations while managing overhead expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empowered teams with systems that grow with the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With a single connected solution, Gardant\u2019s team can see clear ways to reduce costs. \u201cAs we build efficiencies using software, we can diminish our overhead cost,\u201d Echols said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-efficiencies-of-scale-in-our-business-model\">Efficiencies of scale in our business model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For a mission-driven organization focused on Medicaid-funded care, efficiency isn\u2019t just about cost. It\u2019s about protecting access and serving residents well. Increasing efficiency helps Gardant grow \u2014 adding new communities while keeping overhead costs down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cWe have found that there can be efficiencies of scale in our
