Commercial Property Management Suite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yardi Forecast Manager<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Forecast Manager allows you to confidently forecast by connecting leasing, property management and asset management in a single solution. Eliminating error-prone spreadsheets and inflexible budgeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest updates include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Switch Lease Status
<\/strong>Forecast Manager now lets you toggle the leasing data status between \u2018Current\u2019 and \u2018Paused\u2019. This gives you control over when updates to core leasing flow into your budgets. Additionally, when a budget is set to Paused<\/em>, it uses a static snapshot of the core leasing data captured at a specific date and time. While paused, any changes to contract leases or deals will not be reflected in the budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfer to General Ledger Budget<\/strong>
Additional functionality is now available in Forecast Manager. Users can now transfer budget data to a core Voyager GL budget, directly from Forecast Manager, enhancing the user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speculative \u2018Vacant\u2019 Option<\/strong>
Users can now post a \u201cvacant\u201d speculation to a space until the end of the budget term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missing Entity Budgets<\/strong>
IM consolidations now proactively check for missing entity budgets and alert you with in-row icons. You can also create any missing budgets directly from the consolidation template, thereby streamlining the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources of Data<\/strong>
A new “Sources of Data”<\/em> report is now available. Allowing users to review the batches that contribute to the data. You can drill down into individual batches and journals to view details and delete them as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulk Workflow Approvals<\/strong>
Users can now approve workflows in bulk directly from the workflow dashboard. This streamlines the approval process, making it faster and more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yardi Construction Manager<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Construction Manager helps you to stay on time and on budget with portfolio-wide insights, providing visibility and helping to mitigate risk on capital and tenant improvement projects. You can improve contract management with RFP creation, bidding and vendor self-service, streamlining all aspects of commercial real estate construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest updates include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Redesigned User Experience<\/strong>
Construction Manager now offers an enhanced user experience, featuring a redesigned Jobs page, an improved Commitments dropdown, a new Milestones tab and a categorised left-hand menu within individual jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unit-level Renovations<\/strong>
The new Unit Rehab feature allows users to manage multiple renovations under a single job at the unit level. For residential properties, costs are automatically allocated to the unit G\/L segment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrated Drawing Tools<\/strong>
With Yardi Floorplan Manager integration, users can now view and annotate drawings directly within the property and job screens in Construction Manager. (International availability coming soon)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milestone Alert Notifications
<\/strong>A new Informed Person notification feature lets users configure alerts to internal or external contacts based on changes to milestones or subtasks \u2014 such as due dates, revised dates or job status updates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forecast Import Workflow
<\/strong>You can now import forecasts into Bulk Forecast, with the added option to download, modify, and re-upload forecasts for easier updates and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location-Based Allocation<\/strong>
Users can now allocate a percentage of a property to specific locations when completing a job, enabling more precise tracking and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as automating complex debt ownership structures and loan teams, from a single platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simplified App Navigation<\/strong>
Debt Manager now offers easier access to other licensed applications via the 9-square super menu link, streamlining navigation across platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unified Loan Search
<\/strong>Debt Manager now includes Global Search, allowing users to search across loans, proposed loans, collateral, borrowers, lenders and guarantors from a single, centralised tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customisable Dashboard Views<\/strong>
Users can now define custom columns on the loan, collateral, covenant and reminders dashboards in Debt Manager, enabling tailored views to suit individual workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhanced Note Visibility<\/strong>
The Loan Summary now displays notes from the Additional tab, making key information easier to access at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syndication Analytics Report
<\/strong>The Syndication Analytics report now features several new enhancements, providing deeper insights and improved reporting capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defined Attachment Types<\/strong>
Users can now specify attachment types when adding documents to loans, improving organisation and clarity across records. On Covenants, the GL Interface now supports property lists.
