Their electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system and resident profiles weren\u2019t connected, which meant staff often had to reconcile records by hand. This created extra work and increased the chances of making mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After they moved to an integrated platform that connects eMAR with their community management system, Brightview now places pharmacy orders directly into each resident\u2019s profile.
