Sevy focused on the power of technology and data, stating the two will push the industry forward come 2024. For Sarabeth, change is centered around serving a new consumer \u2014 baby boomers \u2014 as well as senior living staff, who now have different expectations than years prior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earl brought the conversation back to technology, emphasizing the small margin for error in today\u2019s industry and how that\u2019s driving a focus on data. He spoke to Commonwealth\u2019s success with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/products\/senior-iq\/\">Yardi Senior IQ<\/a> \u2014 our business intelligence powerhouse \u2014 in harnessing real-time data to make sharper, informed decisions. Fil relayed Yardi\u2019s focus on digital transformations and accelerating complex workflows to meet the needs of today\u2019s communities. Sarabeth chimed in to share more positive experiences with Yardi\u2019s evolving solutions, focusing on the benefit of using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/products\/senior-living-software-suite\/\">fully integrated tools that unite on a single platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shifting gears to speaking on the middle market, Sevy shared how the industry may not have the keys to address these new consumers entirely \u2014 but it\u2019s getting there. She noted that technology can play an important role. Earl agreed that technology is important, sharing that he envisions a tremendous opportunity ahead given the changing demand. Sarabeth then offered concrete ways HRA is evolving to meet the new wave of seniors, noting the importance of offerings that promote independence. She shared HRA\u2019s development of flexible scheduling, robust recreation plans and ghost kitchens. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circling back to technology, each panelist agreed it\u2019s shaping the industry like never before. The talking points centered on innovations at Yardi, the emergence of artificial intelligence and the importance of technology in addressing industry-wide staffing challenges.
