Short for Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation, Digies recognize outstanding companies, real estate projects, technologies and the next generation of smart, connected, high-performance, intelligent building systems. Digies are also awarded to individuals who have positively impacted the industry through the application of technology, automation and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/11\/digie-winners-2021.png?w=742\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30688\" width=\"371\" height=\"185\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, Realcomm focused on honoring those who are \u201cleading&nbsp;the charge on COVID-19 strategic and transformational technologies,&nbsp;creating&nbsp;a more efficient, effective and adaptive industry and&nbsp;shaping&nbsp;the future of smart buildings.\u201d Among this year\u2019s winners were the following Yardi clients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QuadReal Property Group <\/strong>won the<strong> Most Intelligent Portfolio, Office <\/strong>award<strong>, <\/strong>in recognition of their \u201csmart, connected, high performance intelligent building concepts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recognition of their \u201cextraordinary level of automation, technology and innovation to their business processes,\u201d <strong>The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies <\/strong>won the <strong>Best Use of Automation, Retail Real Estate<\/strong>, <strong>JLL <\/strong>won the <strong>Best Use of Automation, Commercial Services <\/strong>and <strong>Invesco <\/strong>won the <strong>Best Use of Automation, Investment Management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ilan Zachar<\/strong>, Senior Vice President &amp; CTO, Carr Properties won the <strong>Realcomm Julie Devine Digital Impact Award <\/strong>that acknowledges \u201cthose individuals who saw things ahead of their associates, had the courage to leave the mainstream and the tenacity to keep standing up after many failed attempts.\u201d Zachar directs all corporate technology, strategy, and standards for Carr Properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYardi is impressed with the extraordinary achievements of the companies and standout individuals who are shaping the future of the industry through transformational technology.
