But that hasn\u2019t stopped certain employers from empowering their staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortune has announced the <a href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/best-workplaces-aging-services-senior-housing-care\/2021\/\">Best Workplaces for Aging Services\u2122 2021<\/a> \u2014 recognizing companies in residential senior living and care. Fortune partners with Great Place to Work\u00ae and Activated Insights to select and honor each workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recognition doesn\u2019t come easy, either. To be certified as a Great Place to Work\u00ae, providers have to survey their employees using a 60-question trust index survey. If 70% of employees confirm the workplace\u2019s greatness, their employer earns the Great Place to Work\u00ae honor.
