Although the pandemic has created many new challenges for the industry, it\u2019s been incredible to see how many people have stepped up to help.<\/p>\n<p>In honor of these courageous, masked caregivers, the Oregon Health Care Association are \u201cCelebrating Health Care Heroes\u201d as the theme for their biggest event of the year: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohca.com\/events\/annual-convention\/\">the OHCA Annual Convention and Trade Show<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the event, always well attended, is making changes to protect the health of members and their residents. It\u2019s now a live virtual experience, scheduled for <strong>September 15 and 16<\/strong> with pre- and post-event activities as well as on-demand education available afterwards.
