What we\u2019ve learned is that, one, residents who experience mild cognitive impairment can thrive within assisted living, and also that it\u2019s possible, as I said, to change the trajectory of the disease process. A long time ago, a professor in technology told me about the elements of programming. He said, \u2018Forget how you\u2019re going to get there. Start with where you want to get to. Make sure you understand what your end objective is here and then you can work back from there as to how to create a report.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>Dave Eskenazy<\/strong>, President of Merrill Gardens<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The reports that Dave built out at Merrill Gardens are fed by data from across the organization \u2013 finance to sales to marketing to care. It gives his managerial team full insight into where things are running inefficiently and what steps they should take to right the ship. Merrill Gardens uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/products\/senior-living-software-suite\/\">Yardi Senior Living Suite<\/a>, including Voyager, Senior CRM and EHR, to power that analytics engine.
