OFFICIAL RULES<\/p>\n

2019 Yardi at AIM Sweepstakes<\/p>\n

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING. <\/strong>Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto, who are 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older) at the time of entry. \u00a0Employees, officers and directors of Yardi Systems, Inc. (\u201cSponsor\u201d), and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies (and each of their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and individuals residing in the same household of each, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. \u00a0Void where prohibited by law. \u00a0By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.<\/li>\n
  2. ENTRY PERIODS:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    First Sweepstakes Promotional Period begins on May 6, 2019 at 8:00am PDT.\u00a0 Entries must be received by 2:00pm PDT on May 6, 2019.\u00a0 There will be two drawings after 2:00pm PDT on May 6, 2019.<\/p>\n

    Second Sweepstakes Promotional Period begins on May 6, 2019 at 8:00am PDT.\u00a0 Entries must be received by 2:00pm PDT on May 7, 2019.\u00a0 There will be two drawings after 2:00pm PDT on May 7, 2019.<\/p>\n

    Third Sweepstakes Promotional Period begins on May 6, 2019 at 8:00am PDT.\u00a0 Entries must be received by 10:00am PDT on May 8, 2019.\u00a0 There will be two drawings after 10:00am PDT on May 8, 2019.<\/p>\n

    1. HOW TO ENTER.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      During the Promotional Period (i) visit the outside Yardi Caf\u00e9 at the Apartment Innovation and Marketing (AIM) Conference in Huntington Beach, California (no purchase necessary); (ii) post a photograph to Participant\u2019s personal social media account on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn; and (iii) tag Yardi (@yardi for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; @yardisystems for Instagram) and use the event hashtag #AIMConf.<\/p>\n

      Limit one (1) entry per person per approved social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) during the Promotional Period.\u00a0 Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple\/different accounts on a single platform or any other methods will void all of that person\u2019s entries and that person will be ineligible.\u00a0 Participant social media profiles must be set to public during Promotional Period to be eligible. \u00a0The content and quality of the photo and post will have no effect on a participant\u2019s ability to enter or win.\u00a0 At its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to reject submissions from competitors, or competitor\u2019s employees in the property management software market. \u00a0Any form of entry not stated in these Official Rules is void.<\/p>\n

      1. PRIZES. Six (6) Echo Smart Home Starter Kits valued at approximately $100 each. One (1) prize per winner as follows:\u00a0 two (2) winners will be drawn on May 6, 2019; two (2) winners will be drawn on May 7, 2019; and two (2) winners will be drawn on May 8, 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is non-transferable.<\/p>\n

        1. WINNER SELECTION: The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries as set forth above. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The drawings will be performed by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by social media private message, at which time a full shipping address and phone number will be required for fulfillment of the prize if the winner is not available to claim prize onsite at the AIM Conference. Winners will have fifteen (15) days from notification to accept the prize by replying to social media private message. \u00a0Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. \u00a0All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winners. \u00a0Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release Sponsor from any such liability. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prizes may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected. \u00a0If not claimed onsite at the AIM Conference, prizes will be sent no later than six (6) weeks after draw date.\u00a0 By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of the winner\u2019s name, submission, voice or likeness, for the purpose of trade, advertising, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/li>\n
        2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Conduct of Sweepstakes and selection of winners are in Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion, and Sponsor\u2019s decisions are final and binding. Agents and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes. \u00a0By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from entrant’s participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. \u00a0All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. \u00a0In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify, or withdraw the transmission of these Sweepstakes. \u00a0All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of California. \u00a0All third-party trademarks appearing herein or elsewhere in connection with the Contest are the property of their respective owners.\u00a0 Participant hereby agrees not to use any Yardi or third-party trademark except as expressly permitted by the trademark\u2019s owner.<\/li>\n
        3. Participant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter. Participant fully and completely releases Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter from any liability in connection with this promotion.<\/li>\n
