\"logo<\/a>Point2 <\/a>will assist Canadian real estate agents and home buyers with online listing information, thanks to a new agreement with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) that provides online syndication rights for all Canadian property listings.<\/p>\n

Canada has taken greater control over online property information than the U.S., and the syndication will allow for much wider dissemination of listing details. CREA member listing exposure will be optimized for online buyers, and new listing accuracy measures will maintain the high levels of data consistency and integrity on key real estate consumer portals and search engines across Canada.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are going to be able to make the data available for other portals and publishing websites, directly receiving info from CREA,\u201d said Saul Klein<\/a>, senior vice president, Point2. \u201cIt\u2019s great for real estate consumers, great for Canadian realtors, and it creates a single point of entry. When the realtor in Canada enters their data into the MLS, they can then have it distributed to a number of different places without having to reenter the data.\u201d<\/p>\n
