For continued care of your car, the company\u2019s website features a downloadable PDF of your owner\u2019s manuals, a roadside assistance app, how-to videos for connecting your Cooper to Bluetooth enabled devices and links for the \u201cMini Connected\u201d app. Mini Cooper\u2019s strategy excels in brand loyalty and engagement.<\/p>\n<p><b>Apple\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<em>Verse &amp; Song Campaigns &#8211;\u00a0YouTube<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Apple is mistakenly perceived as an \u201canti-social\u201d brand.\u00a0 The <a title=\"Apple YouTube\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/Apple\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">company\u2019s YouTube<\/a> page has millions of hits and views daily.\u00a0 The amazing storytelling depicted through this platform highlights Apple\u2019s mobile solutions as an extension of everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Song\u201d campaign focuses on a young woman recording her remix of \u201cOur Love is Here to Stay\u201d and combining it with a Voice-o-Graph recorded by her grandmother.\u00a0 We see how the young woman uses a MacBookPro and GarageBand to record a vocal overlay for the track.\u00a0 At the end of the short film, grandma plays the recording and opens an envelope with photographs of her younger self.\u00a0 We also see a snapshot of her sweetheart, decked in military garb.\u00a0 Apple\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/77hi9SuKfiI\">\u201cmaking-of\u201d featurette <\/a>reveals this man to be her late husband, and the Voice-o-Graph was a gift for him before he went to war. (We\u2019re teary-eyed just thinking about it!)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/iframewidth=560height=315src=\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WRsPnzcZ1VYframeborder=0allowfullscreen\/iframe\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WRsPnzcZ1VY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the <a title=\"Jason's Verse\" href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/ybIxBZlopUY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cJason\u2019s Verse\u201d<\/a> and <a title=\"Jason Hall - Slow Roll\" href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/3uSR7fi_seA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cJason Hall &#8211; Slow Roll\u201d<\/a> campaigns, Apple found a way to marry smart marketing tactics to community activism.\u00a0 The video portrays the renaissance movement in Detroit, and Slow Roll cofounder Jason Hall as the man with a mission to shed a positive light on his community.\u00a0 We watch Jason organize a bike ride with his iPad and iPhone while demonstrating the apps available for the devices.\u00a0 But at its core, the message of activism, community, and diversity shines through.<\/p>\n<p><b>Collier\u2019s International<\/b><br \/>\n<em>Insights &#8211; Blog, LinkedIn, Instagram<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.colliers.com\/en-us\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12371\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yardi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2014\/12\/collierslogo-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"collierslogo\" width=\"206\" height=\"139\" \/>Collier\u2019s International<\/a> is one of the most recognized names in the real estate industry.
