What are you teaching at YASC DC 2014<\/b>?<\/b>\u00a0 Basics of PopCard Usage<\/p>\n

Why are you a strong teacher\/moderator?<\/b>\u00a0 I am genuinely passionate about PopCard.\u00a0 Prior to joining Yardi, I worked in the multi-family industry for 10 years and I understand the importance of lead management.\u00a0 I work very hard to ensure that my classes are not only educational but entertaining as well.<\/p>\n

Which class(es) do you think will be the most popular at YASC DC 2014? <\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Introduction to Voyager 7S.\u00a0 7S is our newest release and there are many advantages to upgrading.\u00a0 Voyager 7S boasts browser agnostic capabilities, AJAX, a full mobile platform, and expanded search features.<\/p>\n

What value does YASC offers for clients<\/b>?\u00a0<\/b> YASC attendees don\u2019t just have the opportunity to attend a myriad of classes, they are able to network with fellow Yardi users and employees to discuss ways that they can more efficiently utilize their current Yardi products as well as learn about Yardi\u2019s newest solutions.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about teaching at YASC?<\/b> \u00a0I love meeting our clients face to face, hearing success stories, and working with clients that are facing challenges to ensure that they get the information that they need to be successful.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing about DC?<\/b>\u00a0 Georgetown is just beautiful!\u00a0 You can have dinner and drinks on the waterfront, tour historic homes, and shop the Book Hill area for fun antiques!<\/p>\n

What are you teaching at YASC DC 2014?<\/b> Affordable Tenant Ledger Clean Up, AR Tie Out Part 1 and 2, as well as the Affordable GPR Journal Entry<\/p>\n

Why are you a strong teacher\/moderator?<\/b> I believe in telling the audience what I am going to tell them, tell them, and then telling them what I told them again is key to presenting an informative and effective class. I also like to\u00a0present the information in a way that fits each audience.<\/p>\n

Which class(es) do you think will be the most popular at YASC DC 2014?<\/b> Affordable Tips and Tricks and Affordable New Features<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about teaching at YASC?<\/b> \u00a0Meeting the clients!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing about DC?<\/b>\u00a0 I enjoy the architecture and history. The monuments are beautiful and I like being in DuPont Circle.\u00a0 The brownstone buildings are my favorite.<\/p>\n

What value does YASC offers for clients<\/b>? <\/b>\u00a0It is a great opportunity to get an overview of all of the products that Yardi offers, as well as in-depth knowledge about the parts of the software an individual uses on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about YASC? <\/b>\u00a0Conferences are a lot of fun.\u00a0 For me, they are a great experience for getting to know the clients.\u00a0\u00a0In the general sessions, I met some really fun clients and we had a great time conversing and dancing.\u00a0\u00a0 We made sure to find each other for meal times to catch up on the day.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Which class (es) do you think will be the most popular at YASC DC 2014?<\/b> Introduction to Voyager 7s<\/p>\n

What value does YASC offers for clients<\/b>? <\/b>YASC gives an inside look at what is coming down the pipeline. It\u2019s also an excellent place for networking. I am a big believer in synergy: the group can always do more than the individual parts that make up the group.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing about DC?<\/b> \u00a0I like the upbeat energy of the city and its people.<\/p>\n

What makes you a strong teacher\/moderator? <\/b>I believe my strength is in my ability to connect with the audience and to present the material in a way that is both engaging and informative.\u00a0 My goal is to have the client walk away feeling like that was time well spent.<\/p>\n

What value does YASC offers for clients<\/b>? <\/b>In addition to the wealth of Yardi knowledge all centralized in one location, there is great value in the exchange of information and ideas between clients.\u00a0 There is no better place to network with those who are working in the same industry with the same software who face the same obstacles.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about teaching at YASC? <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>Meeting the clients!\u00a0 Being able to associate a face with a name motivates me even more to push to that next level of client satisfaction.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing about visiting DC?<\/b> <\/b>Lucky me, I have family in DC so that speaks for itself.\u00a0 Also, the red panda at the DC Zoo is not only rare but too cute to be missed!<\/p>\n

Why are you a strong teacher\/moderator?<\/b> I present material in a detailed manner that\u2019s easy to understand and follow so it makes sense to the user. They are able to take what they learned from my class and apply it to their business processes.<\/p>\n

Which class(es) do you think will be the most popular at YASC DC 2014?<\/b> Introduction to Voyager 7S, The Roundtable and Best Practices classes.<\/p>\n

What value does YASC offers for clients? <\/b>YASC offers overviews of the products and services we offer now and what\u2019s to come. More importantly, it offers clients the ability to network with each other. As an account manager, clients always ask, \u201cWhat do other clients do?\u201d This is one of the most challenging questions to answer as I can only guide, not steer, on how to use the system but not how their business should use the system. Other clients that attend YASC, however, can answer this question for their peers.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about teaching at YASC?<\/b> I enjoy clients learning something new or doing something in a smarter, not harder, way that they can apply going forward at their business.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite thing about visiting DC?<\/b> I love the fact\u00a0that I don\u2019t need a car to get around. It\u2019s very pedestrian friendly and they have great public transportation if I want to get out and see the monuments and museums. The city is charming and the culture is appealing.
