Yardi\u00ae<\/sup> announced this week that it has acquired Enerliance, a leading developer of energy efficienc\"Enerliance\"y software.<\/p>\n

Enerliance produces the Load Based Optimization System (LOBOS), an intelligent HVAC platform that significantly reduces energy consumption in large buildings and campuses.\u00a0 LOBOS also enables automated demand response participation and system-level fault detection and diagnostics.<\/p>\n
