VIT has its own installation of the application and its own secure database, allowing the company to control program versions and upgrades.<\/p>\n<p>VIT anticipates faster budget review completion, highly accurate budgeting and forecasting, timely calculation of net present values and internal rates of return, and advanced commercial tenant analytic reports from Yardi Advanced Budgeting &amp; Forecasting\u2122.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were impressed with Voyager\u2019s extensive functionality, ease of use and strong local presence.
