On October 24, Yardi won two prestigious awards in the Service Excellence category for Property Management Software and Technology Innovation. The Retail Congress MENA awards took place at The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Service Excellence award is for providers who demonstrate an unparalleled ability to succeed by providing the year\u2019s best solutions. In addition, it’s for service providers who continually set the standard for excellence and implement innovation throughout the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retail Congress MENA 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Retail Congress MENA is the region\u2019s largest retail and shopping centre event. Organised by The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and Retailers<\/a> (MECS+R), Retail Congress<\/a> (RECON) MENA brings together retail industry professionals under one roof for two days of invigorating discussion and world-class content. The event allows real estate professionals to network and establish business relationships while sharing important views and experiences with key players in the retail industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RECON MENA presented new insights, strategies and exciting innovation opportunities that reimagine the future of the retail and shopping experience. The theme for the 2023 conference was \u201cYear of Reinvestment\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yardi attended Retail Congress MENA on October 23-24. Said Haider took part in a panel discussion with Cem Eric from Esas Properties and David Macadam, CEO for MECSC. The session focused on \u2018Technology in Retail Real Estate: How technology eliminates the burden on retail mall operators.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
