I started out in social housing, offering\u00a0resident SMS solutions to residents before moving to Yardi where I focus on the\u00a0private rental sector,\u00a0in particular BTR &amp; student.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Favourite thing about working in Yardi\u2019s resi team?\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Seeing\u00a0the continuous\u00a0investment into product research\u00a0and\u00a0development of Yardi\u2019s full product stack.\u00a0A prime example of this is seeing the release of the Yardi Elevate Suite during my three years at Yardi \u2013 impressive! Elevate is a JS Angular interactive interface for our clients,\u00a0giving them a really intuitive, graphical way of viewing and reporting on data.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Favourite past time?\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>I am a bit of a book worm! Sitting on the balcony with a book (and a glass or two of Rioja),\u00a0I also love meeting up with friends and exploring London restaurants!\u00a0My favourite to date is Hakkasan.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Top Tip for keeping residents happy?\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>From my own personal experience, I find the ability to communicate easily with the\u00a0management\u00a0company is vital.
