The sector attracted the strongest third quarter of investment on record in 2025 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vailwilliams.com\/uk-student-accommodation-trends-for-2026-what-developers-need-to-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investor appetite for energy-efficient, income-producing PBSA<\/a> is expected to remain strong into 2026\u201327. The PBSA operators that convert structural demand into income most reliably will be those with the clearest operational picture. Yet many teams are still managing portfolios across disconnected leasing, maintenance, compliance and finance platforms \u2013 creating friction at every stage of the tenancy lifecycle.
