We\u2019re delighted to introduce you to Chloe Sachikonye who recently joined the Yardi team in our London office, let\u2019s get to know her better.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your job title and what do you like most about your role at Yardi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Account Executive, I like that I can network and meet people from a broad spectrum of the residential industry.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite Yardi product and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
<\/div>\n

My favourite Yardi product so far is RentCafe with a particular focus on the online signing tool. Being in the BTR industry previously, I did this task manually so I realise how much of a game-changer this function is for operational teams.<\/p>\n

What do you love to do in your spare time?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I love to run as it clears my head, it\u2019s a hobby I got over lockdown and it brings out the adventurer in me \u2013 you explore so much of a city whilst running.<\/p>\n

What is your favourite mobile app and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Canva, I am very creative and I\u2019m tremendously organised. Canva is a brilliant platform where I can make anything from presentation slides, greeting and birthday cards even travel guides for my family. It makes mundane administrative tasks a very creative experience.<\/p>\n

What do you love most about the real estate industry?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Maslow\u2019s hierarchy of needs states habitat as very important. My favourite architect is Frank Lloyd Wright. Homes are important spaces where your personality comes through, this is what I love most.<\/p>\n

Top tip for keeping clients happy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Transparency and Consistency, they will thank you for it!<\/p>\n

If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I\u2019d go to Korea! I\u2019ve travelled to a lot of countries but still not gone to Korea. I\u2019m interested in how far removed it is from what I know, there is so much to learn and experience there!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite thing to eat?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Anything with Chilli! I love South Asian and East Asian food! Particularly the curries.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite movie of all time?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Wow, hard question and unsurprisingly it changes every week. So, this week it has to be \u201cThe Souvenir\u201d.<\/p>\n
